Shadowtale accepts prepaid orders only through the payment methods available at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

An unboxing video is mandatory under our standard damage-claim process. Customers should retain the product and packaging while the claim is being reviewed.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Requests made before dispatch may be considered depending on the order’s processing status. Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been dispatched, subject to applicable law.
Where a refund is applicable following a failed delivery, actual original shipping and RTO shipping charges incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount, subject to applicable law.
